高层建筑转换层大体积混凝土施工的难点与对策分析

摘　　要：在高层建筑施工中,转换层大体积混凝土施工是重要的工序,其施工难度较高,极易出现施工质量和安全问题,对建筑工程项目正常运行产生不利影响。文章从实际工程案例出发,根据以往工程经验探讨分析转换板施工环节存在的困难,并结合工程项目实际情况提出合理的改进策略,以期提升高层建筑转换层大体积混凝土施工水平。研究结果显示,全面落实高层建筑转换层大体积混凝土施工技术,明确施工要求,加强施工管理,可以提高转换层大体积混凝土施工水平,为高层建筑正常运行奠定坚实的基础。In the construction of high-rise buildings,the mass concrete construction of the transfer floor is an important process with high construction difficulty,which is prone to construction quality and safety problems,and has an adverse impact on the normal operation of construction projects.Starting from the actual engineering cases,this paper discusses and analyzes the difficulties existing in the construction of transfer slab according to the previous engineering experience,and puts forward reasonable improvement strategies combined with the actual situation of the project,in order to improve the construction level of mass concrete in the transfer floor of high-rise buildings.The research results show that the comprehensive implementation of mass concrete construction technology for high-rise building transfer floor,clear construction requirements,and strengthening construction management can improve the construction level of mass concrete for transfer floor,and lay a solid foundation for the normal operation of high-rise buildings.
