摘 要:针对国内某钢厂120 t转炉氧枪供氧强度低、吹炼时间长、化渣慢、寿命短等问题,对其五孔氧枪喷头倾角进行优化设计。基于数值模拟软件FLUENT,在冷态下(300 K)分析了喷头倾角对射流特性的影响,并在炼钢温度下(1873 K)进一步对比新旧氧枪喷头的射流特性。结果表明:在冷态下,随着喷头倾角增加,射流独立性改善;当喷头倾角11°时,有效冲击面积最大;当喷头倾角12°时,化渣面积最大;最佳操作枪位为40 D_(e),综合考虑最佳喷头倾角为12°。在炼钢温度下,与旧喷头相比,新喷头的超音速区域长度增加1.0 D_(e),冲击深度更大,有效冲击面积增大6.67%,化渣面积增大10.39%,喷头出口负压更小,使用寿命更长。Aiming at the problems of low oxygen supply intensity,long blowing time,slow slagging and short service life of 120 t converter oxygen lance in a domestic steel plant,the inclination angle of five-hole oxygen lance nozzle was optimized.Based on the numerical simulation software FLUENT,the influence of nozzle inclination angle on the jet characteristics was analyzed in the cold state(300 K),and the jet characteristics of the old and new oxygen lance nozzles were further compared at the steelmaking temperature(1873 K).The results show that for the five-hole oxygen lance,the jet independence is better when the nozzle inclination angle increases.When the jet impact area is about to change from coalescence to independence,the oxygen lance nozzle obtains the maximum impact area at this inclination angle.In the cold state,the maximum effective impact area is obtained when the nozzle inclination angle is 11°,and the maximum slag area is obtained when the inclination angle is 12°.The best operating gun level is 40 D_(e).The optimal nozzle inclination angle after optimization is 12°.Compared with the old nozzle,the length of the supersonic area of the new nozzle increases by 1.0 D_(e),the depth of the impact pit is larger,the effective impact area increases by 6.67%,and the slag area increases by 10.39%.The negative pressure at the nozzle outlet is smaller and the service life is longer.
