榆中钢铁烧结返矿冷压球团研究与使用效果

摘　　要：为了高效利用烧结返矿,榆钢成功制备了满足2800 m^(3)高炉的使用要求的烧结返矿冷压球团。根据质量指标情况及生产实际,制定高炉配加冷压球团技术方案,通过阶段性小配比配加试验和批量化配加应用,返矿冷压球团工艺技术得到持续优化,各项指标趋于稳定。冷压球团低温还原粉化RDI_(+3.15)≥68.70%、热裂指数DI_(-6.3)≤0.75%、抗压强度≥2573 N。使用期间,通过强化原燃料质量管理、稳定炉内操作制度、强化设备管理等一系列措施,高炉生产稳定顺行,部分指标有所提升,高炉焦比由405 kg/t下降到343 kg/t。In order to optimally utilise the sintered ore return,Yuzhong Steel has successfully prepared the sintered ore return cold-bonded briquettes to meet the specifications of a 2800 m^(3)blast furnace.A blast furnace additive technology program was formulated based on the quality index situation and actual production.The program involved a stage of small ratio additive testing and a batch additive application.This process technology was optimized continuously through these stages,with the indicators becoming increasingly stable.Cold bonded briquette low temperature reduction pulverization RDI_(+3.15)≥68.70%,the decrepitation index DI_(-6.3)≤0.75%,compressive strength≥2573 N.During the period of use,a series of measures were implemented to enhance the stability and efficiency of the blast furnace.These measures included strengthening the quality management of raw fuel,stabilizing the furnace operation system,and strengthening the management of equipment.As a result,the production of the blast furnace became more stable and efficient,with some indicators showing improvement.Notably,the coke ratio of the blast furnace decreased from 405 kg/t to 343 kg/t.
