摘 要:针对燃料燃烧计算现行方法的不足,从燃烧计算的机理模型出发,推导得到一种通用的燃料燃烧过量空气系数和实际干烟气量计算新方法,并提出了燃料成分因数和实际干烟气系数的概念。在新方法中,过量空气系数通过烟气成分和燃料成分因数求得,实际干烟气量通过实际干烟气系数和理论干烟气量求得。通过试验数据对新方法与现行方法进行了对比分析。结果表明,过量空气系数计算方法中,现行传统方法较为便捷但仅适用于燃料成分因数近似为零的燃料,现行改进方法精度高但需要进行迭代计算,而新方法是简便的通用计算模型,可适用于任何燃料,且计算结果与现行改进方法一致;实际干烟气量计算方法中,现行方法需要先求解过量空气系数,而新方法中实际干烟气量为独立求解,且计算结果与现行改进方法一致;实际干烟气系数的提出,使得燃料燃烧计算时,实际干空气量和实际干烟气量的求解模式类似,均可通过相应的理论量值和比例系数求积得到。For the shortcomings of the current methods,a new universal method of fuel combustion calculation was derived from its mechanism model,and the concepts of fuel component factor and actual dry flue gas ratio were proposed for the first time.In the new method,excess air ratio was solved through flue gas component and fuel component factor while actual dry flue gas volume was solved through actual dry flue gas ratio and theoretical dry flue gas volume.Finally a comparative analysis of the new method and the existing methods was carried out based on experimental data.The results show that among the calculation methods of excess air ratio,current traditional method is convenient but only applicable to the fuels with near-zero fuel component factor.The current improvement method has high accuracy but requires iterative calculations.As a universal calculation model,the new method is convenient and can be applicable to any fuel,and its calculation result is consistent with the existing improved method.In terms of actual dry flue gas volume calculation,result of the new method is identical with the current improvement method,but the current improvement method need to solve the excess air ratio firstly while actual dry flue gas volume is independently solved in the new method.In addition,with the actual dry flue gas coefficient,the solution mode of actual dry air volume is similar to actual dry flue gas volume,both of which can be obtained by summing theoretical value and proportional coefficient.
