摘  要:在已有水淬、气淬研究的基础上,设计了两种熔渣淬冷用双介质雾化喷嘴。使用Fluent对A型、B型两种雾化喷嘴射流行为进行数值模拟。通过对比喷嘴内外流场的速度、压强及索泰尔平均粒径SMD、雾滴粒径分布PSD,研究得出:A型喷嘴在出口截面处轴线速度为88.62 m/s,压强为-0.004 MPa,喷嘴外射流距离较短,喷射范围小;B型喷嘴在出口截面处轴线速度为842.78 m/s,压强为-0.2 MPa,喷嘴外射流距离远,喷射范围广。A型喷嘴液滴雾化粒径分布PSD为4,SMD最小粒径范围为0.30~0.47μm;B型喷嘴液滴雾化粒径分布PSD为6,SMD最小粒径范围为0.12~0.19μm。由上可知,B型喷嘴综合性能更优良。Based on the existing research on water quenching and gas quenching,two kinds of dual-medium atomizing nozzles for slag quenching were designed.Fluent was used to simulate the jet behavior of A-type and B-type atomizing nozzles.By comparing the velocity and pressure of the internal and external flow fields of the nozzle,the Sauter mean diameter SMD and the droplet diameter distribution PSD,it is concluded that the axial velocity of the A-type nozzle at the outlet section is 88.62 m/s,and the pressure is-0.004 MPa.The jet distance outside the nozzle is short and the jet range is small.The axial velocity of the B-type nozzle at the outlet section is 842.78 m/s,the pressure is-0.2 MPa,the jet distance outside the nozzle is far,and the jet range is wide.The droplet atomization particle size distribution PSD of A-type nozzle is 4,and the minimum particle size range of SMD is 0.30~0.47μm.The droplet atomization particle size distribution PSD of B-type nozzle is 6,and the minimum particle size range of SMD is 0.12~0.19μm.It can be seen from the above that the B-type nozzle has better comprehensive performance.
