摘  要:目的为提升预制装配式建筑轻型木结构的抗侧承载能力,提出基于预制板块进场组装的预制装配式建筑轻型木结构设计。方法依据用户需求确定静力计算方案,计算轻型木结构建筑荷载,通过剪力墙抗侧力、木基结构板抗剪力、轻型木结构连接设计木结构建筑基础和构件,根据计算结果进行模块划分、生产预制、进场组装以及节点连接设计,完成轻型木结构模块化设计,选取Dynamo平台参数化工具,根据轻型木结构模块化设计结果开发轻型木结构墙体框架,建立轻型木结构模型,实现预制装配式建筑轻型木结构设计。结果实例分析结果表明,施加水平荷载至65 kN时,不同测点应力均处于较低水平,最大压应力为0.41 MPa,最大拉应力为0.37 MPa。结论采用该方法可有效建立预制装配式建筑轻型木结构住宅,且所设计轻型木结构住宅具有极高的抗侧承载能力。Objective In order to improve the lateral bearing capacity of prefabricated light-weight wood structure,the design of prefabricated light-weight wood structure based on prefabricated plate assembly is proposed.Methods According to the user’s needs,the static calculation scheme is determined,and the load of the light wood structure building is calculated.The wood structure building foundation and components are designed through the shear wall lateral force resistance,wood-based structural plate shear resistance and light wood structure connection.According to the calculation results,the modular design of light wood structure is completed in four parts:module division,production prefabrication,mobilization assembly and node connection.The parametric tool of Dynamo platform is selected to develop a light-weight wood structure wall framework based on the modular design results of the light-weight wood structure,to establish a light-weight wood structure model,and realize the light-weight wood structure design of prefabricated building.Results The results of the case study show that when the horizontal load is applied to 65 kN,the stresses at different measurement points are at a low level,and the maximum compressive stress is 0.41MPa and the maximum tensile stress is 0.37 MPa.Conclusion This method can be used to effectively establish prefabricated assembled building light-weight wood structure houses,and the designed light-weight wood structure houses have very high lateral load bearing capacity.
