摘 要:药物缓释递送系统可使药物在体内缓慢释放,聚合物胶束作为药物载体具有重要作用。其核壳结构包括亲水外壳和亲脂性内核,具有高载药能力、稳定输送、可调控释药、靶向输送和良好生物相容性等特性,应用潜力巨大,但影响其稳定性的因素众多,故在临床应用中仍面临着一定的挑战。本文系统地介绍了聚合物胶束作为药物递送系统在药物缓释制剂中的应用,并对其未来发展方向进行展望,以期为推动聚合物胶束在医学领域的进一步应用和发展提供参考。The sustained-release drug delivery system allows the drug to be released slowly in the body,and the polymer micelles play an important role as drug carriers.Its core-shell structure includes a hydrophilic shell and a lipophilic core,which has the characteristics of high drug loading capacity,stable delivery,controlled drug release,targeted delivery and good biocompatibility,etc.,and has great application potential,but there are many factors affecting its stability,so it still faces certain challenges in clinical application.In this paper,we systematically introduce the application of polymer micelles as a drug delivery system in drug sustained-release formulations,and prospect its future development direction,in order to provide a reference for promoting the further application and development of polymer micelles in the medical field.
