反思型发展理论对传统发展理论的批判与拓展

摘　　要：某种程度上,现代化理论、依附论和新自由主义等传统发展理论都把发展等同于经济增长,追求普适性的发展知识,忽视个体、社区和边缘群体的参与和权利,产生了一些不良的实践后果。对传统发展理论的批判、反思和拓展产生了反思型发展理论。其中,发展伦理学、发展人类学、后发展理论等发展理论普遍接受文化相对主义,重视地方性知识,强调微观主体参与的重要性;而能力发展理论强调个体实质自由或多元能力的扩展。反思型发展理论是发展理论家族的重要组成部分,具有重要的理论和实践意义。To some extent,traditional development theories,such as modernization theory,dependency theory and Neo-liberal development theory,all equate development with economic growth,pursue universal development knowledge,ignore the participation and rights of individuals,communities,and marginal groups,and produce some bad practical results.The criticism and reflection on these traditional development theories led to the birth of the reflective development theories.Among them,development ethics,development anthropology,post-development theory generally accept cultural relativism,attach importance to local knowledge,and emphasize the importance of micro subject participation.The capability theory of development emphasizes the expansion of individual's substantial freedom or multiple abilities.Reflective development theories are important parts of the family of development theories,which have important theoretical and practical significance.
