摘  要:通过研究防火涂料膨胀填料的协同性、防火涂料无机阻燃剂及抑烟剂的种类和比例,并通过自制燃烧测试装置和锥形量热测试表征防火性能和烟毒性,开发出一款适用于轨道交通车辆的低烟毒高性能的水性防火涂料。以常规水性VAE防火乳液为成膜基料,化学膨胀填料选用m(硅烷包覆聚磷酸铵)∶m(双季戊四醇)︰m(三聚氰胺)=26︰12︰20,物理阻燃膨胀体系选用添加配方总量质量分数6%的100目膨胀石墨;无机阻燃剂选用钛白粉、氢氧化镁,抑烟剂选用m(MoO_(3))︰m(Sb_(2)O_(3))︰m(二茂铁)︰m(CuO_(2))=1︰2︰0.5︰1,防火涂料烟雾总释放量低于70 m^(2)/m^(2),总产烟量不超过0.5 m^(2)且耐火性能达到45 min,背温低于200℃。This paper studies the synergism of expansion fillers of flame-retardant coatings,the types and proportions of inorganic flame retardants and smoke suppressants of flame-retardant coatings.Waterborne flame-retardant coatings with low smoke toxicity and high performance for rail transit vehicles were developed by self-made combustion test device and cone calorimetry.The conventional waterborne VAE flame-retardant emulsion was used as film-forming base material.The chemical expansion fillers were silane-coated ammonium polyphosphate,dipentaerythritol and melamine in a ratio of 26︰12︰20;the physical intumescent system was composed of 100 mesh expanded graphite(6%of the total formula);titanium dioxide and magnesium were used as inorganic intumescent agents,m(MoO_(3))︰m(Sb_(2)O_(3))︰m(ferrocene)︰m(CuO_(2))=1︰2︰0.5︰1 as smoke suppressant,the flame-retardant coatings’total smoke emission was less than 70 m^(2)/m^(2),the total smoke output was less than 0.5 m^(2),the flame resistance reaches 45 min,and the back temperature was less than 200℃.
