摘　　要：对汽车行业涂装车间不同类型有机废气处理设备投资费用、运行能耗进行了研讨,同时就设备投资降低及运行能耗递减进行了分析,结果表明,针对涂装车间不同有机废气源,选择合适的废气处理方案,在满足环保要求的前提下,可实现降低设备投资及日常运维费用的目的。The investment cost and operating energy consumption of different types of organic waste gas treatment equipment in the automotive industry painting workshop are discussed,and the reduction of equipment investment and operating energy consumption are analyzed.According to different organic waste gas sources in the painting workshop,selecting the appropriate waste gas treatment scheme can achieve the purpose of reducing equipment investment and daily operation and maintenance costs on the premise of meeting environmental protection requirements.
