摘　　要：目的通过对俞募配穴法领域的相关文献进行可视化分析,概述其近20年来研究现状、热点及发展趋势。方法检索中国知网2004年1月—2023年12月俞募配穴法领域的相关文献,使用CiteSpace软件对相关文献作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献464篇,发文量最多的作者为申国明,共6篇文献,发文量最多的机构是成都中医药大学,共57篇,各个团队机构之间联系较疏松。共纳入369个关键词,除去与主题相关的关键词后,频数和中介中心性排名前3的关键词分别为针刺、穴位埋线、电针。结论俞募配穴法的研究热点主要围绕临床实践,基础研究较少且时间跨度较大,各个团队之间合作地域性明显,建议加强不同地域团队之间的合作,建立核心合作团队。Objective To summarize the current research status and development trend of Shu and Mu point combination in recent 20 years through visual analysis.Methods To search the relevant literatures in the field of Shu and Mu point combination in CNKI from January 2004 to December 2023,and CiteSpace software was used to search the authors,institutions and keywords of relevant literatures.Results A total of 464 literatures were included.Shen Guoming was the author with the largest number of publications,with a total of 6 literatures.Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the institution with the largest number of publications,with a total of 57 literalures.A total of 369 keywords were included.Excluding keywords relaled to the theme,the top 3 keywords in frequency and intermediate centrality were acupuncture,acupoint embedding and electroacupuncture,respectively.Conclusion The research focus of Shu and Mu point combination mainly focuses on clinical practice,basic research is few that the time span is large,and the cooperation between teams is very regional.It is suggested to strengthen the cooperation between different regional teams and establish a core cooperation team.
