定喘汤合清气化痰丸与穴位贴敷治疗COPD临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨定喘汤合清气化痰丸与穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法选取2023年1月—2023年12月石楼县医疗集团人民医院收治的84例COPD患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各42例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增用定喘汤合清气化痰丸与穴位贴敷。比较2组主要症状(咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、喘息)的单项中医证候积分、肺功能检测结果[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气值(FEV_(1))]、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、临床疗效。结果观察组咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、喘息的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),FEV_(1)、FVC指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-6、IL-8、CRP指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论定喘汤合清气化痰丸与穴位贴敷可提高COPD患者的治疗效果,促进COPD相关症状与患者肺部功能的改善,降低IL-6、IL-8、CRP等炎症指标的表达水平。Objective To explore the clinical value of Dingchuan decoction combined with Qingqi Huatan pill and point application in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Eighty-four COPD patients admitted to Shilou County Medical Group People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Dingchuan decoction combined with Qingqi Huatan pill and point application.The main symptoms(cough,sputum,chest tightness,wheezing)of the two groups were compared in terms of single Chinese medicine symptom score,pulmonary function test results[forceful lung capacity(FVC),forceful expiratory value in the first second(FEV_(1))],inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),C-reactive protein(CRP)],and clinical efficacy.Results The TCM syndrome scores of cough,phlegm,chest tightness and wheezing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),FEV1 and FVC indexes were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),IL-6,IL-8 and CRP indexes were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dingchuan decoction combined with Qingqi Huatan pill and point application can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of COPD-related symptoms and patients'lung function,and reduce the expression level of inflammatory indexes,such as IL-6,IL-8,and CRP.
