中和医派穴位贴敷联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支原体感染后咳嗽临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究中和医派穴位贴敷联合孟鲁斯特纳治疗小儿支原体感染后咳嗽疗效。方法纳入2023年1月—2023年12月江西省信丰县妇幼保健院收治的支原体感染后咳嗽患儿76例,以治疗方案不同分为对照组(34例)、试验组(42例)。对照组行常规治疗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,试验组基于此联用中和医派穴位贴敷。比较2组疗效、治疗情况、炎症指标、不良反应及复发率。结果较对照组,试验组总有效率更高,复发率更低(P<0.05);试验组肺啰音和咳嗽消失、X线片及体温恢复用时均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组炎症水平均降低,且试验组更低(P<0.05);2组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中和医派穴位贴敷联合孟鲁斯特纳可显著提升支原体感染后咳嗽患儿疗效,促进症状改善。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint application of Zhonghe medical school combined with Montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough after mycoplasma infection in children.Methods A total of 76 children with cough after mycoplasma infection admitted to Xinfeng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were included,and they were divided into control group of 34 cases and experimental group of 42 cases according to different treatment plans.The control group was treated with conventional treatment combined with Montelukast sodium,and the experimental group was treated with acupoint application of Zhonghe medical school combined with Montelukast sodium.The therapeutic effect,treatment situation,inflammatory index,adverse reaction and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher and the recurrence rate was lower(P<0.05).The time for lung rales and cough to disappear,X-ray film and body temperature to recover were shorter in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammation level of both groups was decreased,and the experimental group was lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Zhonghe medical school combined with Montelukast sodium can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of cough in children with mycoplasma infection and promote the improvement of symptoms.
