高校图书馆短视频服务创新策略研究

摘　　要：短视频平台成为大学生云学习的场域,利用短视频平台开展知识服务成为高校图书馆关注的议题。文章首先从短视频运营视角切入,通过分析高校图书馆抖音平台的运营现状及问题,提出深耕内容主题、联动社交媒体平台、调研用户心理等运营思路;接着从高校图书馆的视角出发,针对信息情报服务、阅读推广、宣传等不同方面提出了短视频服务创新策略,以期为高校图书馆短视频服务提供参考。The emergence logic of new quality productive forces from the perspective of energy security is multidimensional and closely connected.The development of new quality productive forces and the enhancement of energy security guarantee capabilities are inherently consistent,as well as providing new impetus and solutions for ensuring energy security in the new situation.Improving energy security capabilities through new quality productive forces is not only a pursuit of technological innovation,but also an inevitable choice for comprehensive optimization of the energy industry structure and consumption patterns.Through new technologies,models,formats,and relying on new systems,we can promote green energy transformation and sustainable development,thereby improving the reliability and stability of energy supply.
