摘  要:特高压直流避雷器长度长、重量大,国内传统避雷器支架安装结构高度不可调、安装精度差,固定点角钢易受损弯曲,给线路带来了较大安全隐患。对传统特高压直流线路避雷器支架进行缺陷分析,针对问题症结,对传统结构进行改进,最终研制出一种稳定、可调、抗风性能好、便于安装的避雷器支架安装结构,保障了电网的安全可靠性。新结构由平台式避雷器支架、3组合成绝缘子及配套花篮螺栓调节装置组成,此结构可用于±800 kV特高压输电线路,供相关人员参考。UHV DC arrester is long in length and heavy in weight.The height of the traditional arrester bracket installation structure is not adjustable;the installation accuracy is poor;the fixed-point angle steel is easy to be damaged and bent,which brings great security risks to the transmission line.This paper analyzes the defects of the traditional UHV DC line arrester brackets,then aims at the crux of the problem to improve the traditional structure,and finally develops an installation structure for lightning arrester bracket with stability,adjustability,good wind resistance and convenience to install,thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the power grid.The new structure is composed of a platform arrester support,3 sets of composite insulators and a matched adjusting device for turnbuckle.This structure can be used for±800 kV UHV transmission lines,and can be referred to by relevant personnel.
