摘　　要：本文报道2例佩索利单抗治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病患者。2例患者常规治疗效果不佳,排除感染性疾病后,均给予佩索利单抗900 mg 1次治疗。患者1治疗后第2天体温正常,第5天所有脓疱消退,未见新发脓疱;患者2脓疱逐渐消退,第5天未见新发脓疱,第9天体温正常。2例患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。We report 2 cases of generalized pustular psoriasis(GPP)patients treated with spesolimab.Both patients had poor responses to conventional treatments,and were given a single dose of 900 mg of spesolimab after excluding infectious diseases.The temperature returned to normal on the second day after treatment,and all pustules subsided on the fifth day in one patient.The pustules gradually subsided on the fifth day and the temperature returned to normal on the ninth day in another patient.Neither patient experienced significant adverse reactions during the treatment period.
