带状疱疹继发皮肤转移癌Wolf同位反应一例

摘　　要：患者,男,72岁。带状疱疹愈后原皮损处出现丘疹、结节、斑块伴疼痛3个月。病理支持低分化腺癌。转肿瘤科予以替吉奥、特瑞普利单抗治疗2次后,患者胸壁结节和斑块明显缩小、变平,疼痛明显缓解。A 72-year-old male presented with papules,nodules,and plaques with pain for 3 months at the original skin lesion site of herpes zoster.Pathology supported the diagnosis of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma,then the patient was transferred to the oncology department and treated with tegafur-gimeracil-oteracil potassium(TS-1)and triplizumab for two times,the nodules and plaques were significantly shrunked,and the pain was significantly relieved.
