少根根霉引起皮肤毛霉菌病一例

摘　　要：患者,男,81岁。背部皮肤红斑、黑痂伴疼痛1周,病理检查提示真菌感染,真菌培养及PCR测序结果鉴定为少根根霉,诊断为皮肤毛霉菌病。患者有多种基础疾病,发病前曾行背部艾灸治疗。给予系统抗真菌治疗及背部皮损清创术,并积极治疗基础疾病,随访5个月,皮损边缘愈合较好,中央未愈合,可能与中央部位坏死及清创较深有关。An 81-year-old male presented with erythema and black scabs on his back,accompanied by pain for a week.Pathological examination demonstrated fungal infection.Fungal culture and PCR sequencing identified Rhizopus arrhizus.The diagnosis of cutaneous mucormycosis was made.The patient suffered from multiple underlying diseases and received moxibustion treatment before the onset of the disease.Systemic antifungal therapy and debridement of back lesions were given,and the underlying diseases were actively treated.After 5-month follow-up,the edges of the skin lesions healed,while the central part did not heal,which might be related to the necrosis and the relatively deep debridement in the central part.
