摘　　要：大疱性类天疱疮(bullous pemphigoid,BP)可伴发的疾病主要包括神经系统疾病、自身免疫及炎症性疾病、代谢综合征、心血管疾病、感染及恶性肿瘤,对此类BP患者的治疗更加复杂和困难。其中BP与神经系统疾病的相关性已有报道,本文就除神经系统疾病外的伴发疾病展开阐述,以期为临床治疗提供依据。Bullous pemphigoid(BP)can be accompanied by diseases mainly including neurological diseases,autoimmune and inflammatory diseases,metabolic syndrome,cardiovascular diseases,infections,and malignant tumors,making the treatment of such BP patients more complex and difficult.The correlation between BP and neurological diseases has been reported.This paper elaborates on the associated diseases outside of neurological disorders,with the aim of providing a basis for clinical treatment.
