云南省恙虫病高发地区居民恙虫病知晓情况及健康教育需求调查

摘　　要：目的:了解云南省恙虫病高发地区居民恙虫病知晓情况及健康教育需求情况。方法:2023年7月—10月,采用多阶段分层抽样方法,自行编制问卷对云南省恙虫病高发地区居民进行调查。结果:共回收有效问卷1238份。其中16.48%的居民从未听说过恙虫病,68.58%的居民听过恙虫病,但对此不甚熟悉,仅有13.09%和1.86%的居民对恙虫病比较熟悉或非常熟悉。结果显示:年龄、文化程度、职业、户外活动种类、户外活动频次、是否患过恙虫病、现住址类型是农村恙虫病知晓率的影响因素(P<0.05);年龄、文化程度、职业、户外活动频次、现住址类型为参加恙虫病健康意愿的影响因素(P<0.05);年龄、文化程度、职业、户外活动频次、是否患过恙虫病为参加恙虫病健康教育的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:云南省恙虫病高发区居民对恙虫病知晓率偏低,健康教育需求较高,需要根据居民不同需求进行针对性的健康教育,提高居民恙虫病知晓水平。Objective:To understand the awareness rate of scrub typhus and the demand for health education among residents in areas with high scrub typhus in Yunnan Province.Methods:From July to October,2023,residents in areas with high scrub typhus in Yunnan province were investigated by stratified sampling.Results:A total of 1238 questionnaires were collected.16.48%of the residents had never heard of scrub typhus,68.58%residents had heard of scrub typhus,but they were not familiar with it.Only 13.09%and 1.86%residents were relatively familiar or very familiar with it.The results showed that age,educational level,occupation,outdoor activities variety,outdoor activities frequency,history of scrub typhus,and current address type were the influencing factors of scrub typhus awareness rate(P<0.05).Age,educational level,occupation,outdoor activities frequency,and current address type were influencing factors on the willingness to participate in scrub typhus health education(P<0.05).Age,educational level,occupation,outdoor activities frequency,and history of scrub typhus were influencing factors for participating in scrub typhus health education(P<0.05).Conclusions:Residents in areas with high incidence of scrub typhus in Yunnan Province had a low awareness rate of scrub typhus.They had a high demand for health education.It was necessary to carry out targeted health education according to different needs to improve residents'awareness level of scrub typhus.
