摘  要:骨髓微环境是造血干细胞赖以生存的环境,主要由骨髓基质细胞、微血管、神经、基质细胞分泌的细胞因子等构成。骨髓微环境对造血干细胞的自我更新、定向分化、增殖及造血细胞的增殖、分化、成熟调控等起到了至关重要的作用。在骨髓微环境中存在一类巨噬细胞——骨髓驻留组织巨噬细胞,在维持体内平衡中起着至关重要的作用,目前已经表征了3个骨髓驻留组织巨噬细胞亚群,它们分别是成红细胞岛巨噬细胞、造血干细胞龛巨噬细胞和骨巨噬细胞。本文主要对成红细胞岛巨噬细胞的功能、表面标志物及模型的建立作一综述。Bone marrow microenvironment is the environment in which hematopoietic stem cells live,mainly composed of bone marrow stromal cells,microvessels,nerves,and cytokines secreted by stromal cells.The bone marrow microenvironment plays a crucial role in the self-renewal,directed differentiation and proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells and the regulation of proliferation,differentiation and maturation of hematopoietic cells.A class of macrophages exists in the bone marrow microenvironment,the bone marrow-resident tissue macrophages,which plays a crucial role in maintaining homeostasis in vivo,and three subpopulations of bone marrow-resident tissue macrophages have been characterized:erythroblastic island macrophages(EIMs),hematopoietic stem cell niche macrophages,and bone macrophages.This review focuses on the functions,surface markers and modeling of EIMs.
