基于GEE的艾比湖流域土地利用时空变化图谱分析

摘  要:针对传统遥感卫星图像处理方式效率欠佳的缺点,以艾比湖流域为研究区,利用GEE平台获取2002、2012和2023年的Landsat影像,使用随机森林算法、融合光谱指数、地形特征得到土地利用分类数据,采用地学信息图谱的形式对研究区进行土地利用时空变化分析。研究表明:分类总体精度均不低于91.5%,C_(Kappa)系数不低于0.89;流域内的土地利用结构主要由未利用地、草地和耕地组成,占据研究区总面积90%以上;土地利用的变化主要表现为草地与未利用地之间的相互转变,以及未利用地向耕地的转变,其中未利用地、耕地、林地和建设用地的面积都呈稳步增长趋势;在土地利用涨落势图谱中,耕地和林地的增长趋势明显,草地和水域的减少趋势较为显著;土地利用的变化模式主要是稳定不变型。In view of the shortcomings of the poor efficiency of traditional remote sensing satellite image processing,the Landsat images of 2002,2012 and 2023 were obtained by using the GEE platform in the Ebi Lake basin,and the land use classification data was obtained by using random forest algorithm,fusion spectral index and topographic features,and the spatiotemporal change of land use was analyzed in the form of geoscience information map.The results showed that the overall accuracy of classification was not less than 91.5%,and the C_(Kappa) coefficient was not less than 0.89;the land use structure in the basin was mainly composed of unused land,grassland and cultivated land,accounting for more than 90%of the total area of the study area;the changes of land use are mainly manifested in the mutual transformation between grassland and unused land,as well as the transformation of unused land to cultivated land,among which the area of unused land,cultivated land,forest land and construction land all showed a steady growth trend,in the map of land use fluctuation,the growth trend of cultivated land and forest land is obvious,and the decreasing trend of grassland and water area is more significant;the pattern of land use change is mainly stable and invariant.
