摘　　要：地震监测中心站是基层台站的管理机构,是地震工作部门的基本单元,是开展地震监测预报预警工作的前沿阵地。随着我国防震减灾事业的发展,为适应新时期地震监测工作需求,地震台站需进一步深化改革,九江地震监测中心站于2021年3月2日在江西省内率先完成中心站挂牌,对标新确定了中心站的职能职责,有条不紊地推进了中心站转型升级。详细阐述了自2020年中心站改革以来,九江地震监测中心站根据实际状况所采取的系列改革措施,以及取得的成效。The earthquake monitoring center station is the fundamental unit of the earthquake system business system and the forefront of earthquake monitoring and prediction and early warning.With the development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in China,in order to meet the needs of earthquake monitoring in the new era,seismic stations need to further deepen reforms.On March 2nd,2021,Jiujiang Central Station took the lead to complete the listing of the central station in the province,determined the functional division of the central station and promoted the transformation and upgrading of the central station.This article elaborates on a series of measures taken by the Jiujiang Earthquake Monitoring Center Station in Jiangxi Province since the reform in 2020,taking into account the current situation and the corresponding achievements.
