摘 要:通过对盐碱环境下黑杨(Populus nigra)幼苗进行试验研究,探究微肥对速生杨树幼苗生长和生理效应的影响。结果表明:微量肥料处理能够有效促进快速生长的杨树幼苗发育,提升其株高、地径和叶片面积;此外,微量肥料处理也可以增加叶绿素含量、光合作用速度和抗氧化酶活性,从而促进光合作用及植物抗逆性,但与微肥浓度相关,10 g/L(T2)的浓度对速生杨树抗盐碱效果显著。综上所述,在速生杨树幼苗种植过程中,应注意微肥的施用量,确保获得最佳施肥效果,该研究结论对河套地区盐碱地种植速生杨树具有参考意义。This study investigated the effects of micronutrient fertilizers on the growth and physiological responses of fast-growing Populus nigra seedlings under saline-alkali conditions.The results showed that micronutrient fertilizer treatments effectively promoted the development of fast-growing Populus nigra seedlings,enhancing their height,stem diameter,and leaf area.Additionally,micronutrient fertilizers increased chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,and antioxidant enzyme activity,thereby promoting photosynthesis and plant stress resistance.However,these effects were concentration-dependent,with a concentration of 10 g/L(T2)showing significant effects on the salt-alkali resistance of fast-growing Populus nigra.In summary,attention should be paid to the application rate of micronutrient fertilizers during the planting of fast-growing Populus nigra seedlings to ensure optimal fertilization effects.This study provides reference for the cultivation of fast-growing Populus nigra in saline-alkali lands in the Hetao region.
