新发展格局下畅通国内大循环研究

摘　　要：当前我国正面临中美贸易摩擦带来的技术性贸易壁垒,同时我国外向型经济体系受到冲击,自身要素成本红利降低,亟须畅通国内大循环防范化解各种安全风险问题,为构建新发展格局奠定基础。大国经济发展理论和马克思关于经济循环的论述为我国畅通国内大循环提供了理论依据。根据时代背景进行深入分析,目前国内大循环现存主要问题包括供给质量有待提升、居民可支配收入较低以及科技创新遭遇瓶颈。为此,建议通过提升自主创新能力提高供给质量,健全消费体制机制激发内需潜力,完善收入分配制度实现公平合理。At present,China is facing technical trade barriers brought about by China-US trade frictions.Meanwhile,China’s export-oriented economic system has been affected,and the dividend of its own factor costs has reduced,it is urgent to smooth the domestic great circulation to prevent and resolve various security risk issues,and lay the foundation for building a new development pattern.The theory of economic development in great power and Marx’s discussion on economic circulation provide theoretical basis for unimpeded domestic circulation.Based on an in-depth analysis,in light of the current era background,the main problems existing in the domestic great circulation include the need to improve the quality of supply,the relatively low disposable income of residents,and the bottleneck encountered in scientific and technological innovation.To address these issues,it is recommended to improve the quality of supply by enhancing the ability of independent innovation,to stimulate the potential of domestic demand by improving the consumption systems and mechanisms,and to achieve fairness and rationality by perfecting the income distribution system.
