摘  要:扬子洲赣江公铁大桥主桥为国内首座公铁混层共建多通道钢桁梁桥,位于赣江中支流域。钢桁梁主梁为上下带挑臂的板桁组合断面,采用三角形桁式。本文通过设计优化将边跨顶推方案调整为拼装支架原位分层吊装,并通过有限元分析论证分层吊装可行性,保证桥梁线形精度;采用千斤顶压载的试验方法验证拼装支架钢管桩单桩竖向承载力是否满足设计要求;采用自平衡吊具匹配不同梁段重心,保证钢梁平稳吊装。在钢管支架上方设置装配式支垫装置,通过三向千斤顶进行钢梁精调对位。钢梁节间采用栓接及焊接两种方式进行节段匹配。通过伸缩式桁架操作平台在支架位置进行避让,避免操作平台与拼装支架结构干涉,降低安全风险。The main bridge of the Yangtze River Ganjiang rail-cum-road bridge is the first domestically built multichannel steel truss bridge with multi-deck of highway and railway,which is located in the middle branch of the Ganjiang River.The main girder of the steel truss is a plate-truss combination section with upper and lower cantilever arms,which adopts a triangular truss type.In this paper,the side span pushing scheme is adjusted to the in-situ layered hoisting of the assembly bracket through design optimization,and the feasibility of layered hoisting is demonstrated by finite element analysis to ensure the alignment accuracy of the bridge.The test method of using a jack to load the assembled support steel pipe pile was used to verify whether the vertical bearing capacity of the single pile meets the design requirements.The self-balancing spreader was used to match the center of gravity of different girder sections to ensure the smooth hoisting of the steel girder.The prefabricated support pad device was arranged above the steel pipe support,and the steel girder was precisely adjusted and aligned through a three-way jack.The steel girder is matched by bolting and welding two ways between the steel girder nodes.The telescopic truss operating platform is avoided at the support position,so as to avoid the interference between the operating platform and the assembling support structure,and reduce the safety risk.
