摘 要:为研究金属屋面支座与檩条连接节点的抗拉承载力及破坏模式,设计制作14个拉伸试件,分析270°固定支座常用的3种连接方式和360°滑动支座滑片位于不同位置时的抗拉承载力及破坏模式变化规律,并提出提升节点抗拉承载力的建议。结果表明:270°固定支座分别与檩条角部4个螺钉连接时和中间2个螺钉连接时的抗拉承载力为全部6个螺钉连接时的57%和46%;360°滑动支座与檩条连接节点中,滑片位置对其抗拉承载力影响很小;两种支座与檩条连接节点抗拉破坏均表现为延性破坏,破坏前会出现明显的塑性变形;270°固定支座的底板厚度和360°滑动支座的刚度分别限制了两种支座与檩条连接节点的抗拉承载力。To study the tensile bearing capacity and failure mode of the connection nodes between metal roof supports and purlins,14 tensile specimens were designed and manufactured.The variation of tensile bearing capacity and failure mode of the three commonly used connection methods for 270°fixed supports and 360°sliding supports with sliding plates at different positions were analyzed,and suggestions for improving the tensile bearing capacity of nodes were proposed.The results show that the tensile bearing capacity when the 270°fixed support is connected to four screws at the corner of the purlin and two screws in the middle is only 57%and 46%of that when all six screws are connected.In the connection node between the 360°sliding support and the purlin,the position of the sliding plate has little effect on its tensile bearing capacity.The tensile failure of the connection nodes between the two types of supports and purlins is characterized by ductile failure,with significant plastic deformation occurring before failure.The thickness of the bottom plate of the 270°fixed support and the stiffness of the 360°sliding support limit the tensile bearing capacity of the connection nodes between the two supports and the purlin,respectively.
