工业硫酸锰的净化和高纯无硒电解金属锰的制备

摘  要:为开发一种环保高效的高纯无硒电解金属锰制备技术,以实现国产高纯电解金属锰的替代。研究对硫酸锰溶液的净化工艺进行了优化,通过添加硫化钡、聚合硫酸铁和二氧化锰进行深度净化,并使用亚硫酸铵完全替代二氧化硒进行电解。实验结果表明,当硫化钡添加量为0.1 g/L时,锌的去除率高达98.00%;二氧化锰和聚合硫酸铁的质量比为2∶1,添加量分别为0.6 g/L和0.3 g/L时,对钙、镁杂质的净化效果最佳;亚硫酸铵添加量控制在0.6~0.8 g/L时,电解过程稳定,所得电解金属锰纯度高达99.97%,硒含量低于0.0001%。该工艺制备的电解金属锰符合行业标准DJMnA牌号要求,为电解金属锰产业的绿色生产提供了一种可行的新方法。To develop an environmentally friendly and efficient technology for producing high-purity selenium-free electrolytic manganese,aiming to replace imported high-purity electrolytic manganese,the purification process of manganese sulfate solution was optimized.The depth purification was achieved by adding barium sulfide,polyferric sulfate,and manganese dioxide,and ammonium sulfite was used to completely replace selenium dioxide for electrolysis.The experimental results showed that when the addition amount of barium sulfide was 0.1 g/L,the removal rate of zinc was as high as 98.00%;the mass ratio of manganese dioxide to polyferric sulfate was 2∶1,and the addition amounts were 0.6 g/L and 0.3 g/L respectively,which achieved the best purification effect on calcium and magnesium impurities;when the addition amount of ammonium sulfite was controlled at 0.6~0.8 g/L,the electrolysis process was stable,and the purity of the obtained electrolytic manganese was as high as 99.97%,with a selenium content of less than 0.0001%.The electrolytic manganese prepared by this process meets the industry standard DJMnA grade requirements,providing a feasible new method for the green production of the electrolytic manganese industry.
