摘 要:城镇供热管网作为清洁热源供应的主动脉,发挥着极其重要的作用。依托某供热管网工程,针对长输供热管网铺设时经过地下水高低不同的情况,研发了适应不同地下河的保温补口体系,通过改变热收缩带不同的黏合方式,使供热达到标准的保温效果,并且提高了供热管道的耐腐蚀能力;针对管道会受到其内部液体的温度变化及外界环境的温度变化而形成管道温度应力,研发了一种保温效果好、延展性和恢复性能强的直埋供热管道保温结构。As the aorta of clean heat source supply,urban heating network plays an extremely important role.Rely-ing on a heating pipeline network project,a thermal insulation joint system adapted to different underground rivers was developed to address the varying levels of groundwater encountered during the installation of long-distance heating pipelines.By changing the different bonding methods of the heat shrinkable belt,the heat preservation ef-fect reaches the standard and the corrosion resistance of the heating pipe is improved.Aiming at the pipeline tem-perature stress caused by the temperature change of its internal liquid and the temperature change of the external en-vironment,a direct buried heating pipeline insulation structure with good insulation effect,strong ductility and re-covery performance was developed.
