城市更新中老旧住宅区综合改造全龄化设计技术应用研究

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,人们对居住环境的要求逐渐提高,全龄化设计理念应运而生。全龄化设计旨在为不同年龄段的居民提供了舒适、安全、便捷的居住环境,满足其在各个生命阶段的需求。基于此,首先,对城市更新中老旧住宅区综合改造技术进行评估;其次,对城市更新中老旧住宅区综合室内改造技术的应用展开研究;最后,分析老旧住宅区综合改造公共空间设计与基础设施技术。旨在为相关人员提供参考帮助。With the development of society,people's requirements for living environment are gradually increasing,and the concept of all-age design has emerged.All-age design aims to provide comfortable,safe,and convenient living environments for residents of different age groups,meeting their needs at various stages of life.Based on this,combined with the research objective and significance,firstly,an evaluation is conducted on the comprehensive renovation technology of old residential areas in urban renewal;Secondly,research is conducted on the application of comprehensive indoor renovation technology in old residential areas in urban renewal;Finally,the design of pub-lic spaces and infrastructure technology for comprehensive renovation of old residential areas are analyzed,aiming to provide reference and assistance for relevant personnel.
