摘　　要：目的:探讨基于循证的多维管理策略在寰枕畸形鼻饲病人中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年2月择期术后收入我院神经外科监护室符合条件的寰枕畸形病人60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于循证的多维管理策略干预,在病人留置胃管期间,比较两组病人的护理效果。结果:干预后,两组病人一次置管成功率、置管不良反应、胃管留置时间与病人满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对寰枕畸形鼻饲病人实施基于循证的多维管理策略可有效提高病人一次置管成功率,减轻病人置管不良反应,缩短胃管留置时间,提高病人满意度,加速病人康复进程。Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based multidimensional management strategies in patients with atlantoaxial malformation undergoing nasogastric feeding.Methods:Sixty eligible patients with atlantoaxial malformation who were admitted to our neurosurgery intensive care unit from July 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received evidence-based multidimensional management strategies based on the control group.During the period when the gastric tube was indwelling in the patient,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the success rate of one⁃time catheterization,adverse reactions,gastric tube retention time,and patient satisfaction between the two groups of patients after a single catheterization.Conclusion:Implementing evidence-based multidimensional management strategies for patients with atlantoaxial malformation undergoing nasogastric feeding can effectively improve the success rate of one⁃time catheterization,reduce adverse reactions,shorten the duration of gastric tube placement,improve patient satisfaction,and accelerate the patient's recovery process.
