摘　　要：航运业在全球经济中占据着至关重要的地位,但也面临着严峻的温室气体减排挑战。上海作为全球重要的国际航运枢纽,在推动航运燃料绿色转型中肩负着重要使命和迫切任务。通过分析全球航运业绿色转型的现状与趋势,深入剖析了上海在推进绿色燃料应用中面临的问题,提出了构建资源供应体系、完善加注服务体系、打造科技创新体系、构建产业生态体系、健全政策法规体系、搭建国际合作体系等针对性策略,为上海建设国际绿色航运中心和全球航运业低碳发展提供参考。The shipping industry occupies a vital position in the global economy,but it also faces severe greenhouse gas emission reduction challenges.As an important international shipping hub in the world,Shanghai shoulders important missions and urgent tasks in promoting the green transformation of ship-ping fuels.By analyzing the current situation and trends of the green transformation of the global ship-ping industry,this paper deeply analyzes the problems faced by Shanghai in promoting the application of green fuels,and proposes to build a resource supply system,improve the filling service system,cre-ate a scientific and technological innovation system,build an industrial ecosystem,and improve Target-ed strategies such as policies and regulations systems,and building an international cooperation sys-tem provide reference for Shanghai to build an international green shipping center and the low carbon development of the global shipping industry.
