“双碳”背景下提升江苏省制造业企业社会责任管理的对策研究

摘　　要：“双碳”背景下,持续推进江苏省制造业企业社会责任管理,实现经济社会绿色低碳发展已成为重要课题。本文通过对“双碳”战略在国内外发展趋势的考察,梳理“双碳”战略与企业社会责任间的逻辑关系,在此基础上分析江苏省制造业企业低碳发展的现状,从而提出提升江苏省制造业企业社会责任管理的对策。为提升江苏省制造业企业社会责任管理,实现绿色低碳发展,应发挥政策激励作用,激发制造业企业绿色技术创新的积极性,构建以绿色工厂为核心的绿色制造体系;探索全产业链整合,实现企业生产制造全流程绿色化管理;加强数智化管理,提高企业绿色发展的精准管理水平;以ESG建设为抓手,全方位推进企业社会责任管理体系建设。Under the background of"Double Carbon",it has become an important issue to continuously promote the social responsibility management of manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province and achieve green and low carbon economic and social development.This paper investigates the develop-ment trends of the"Double Carbon"strategy at home and abroad,sorts out the logical relationship be-tween the"Double Carbon"strategy and corporate social responsibility,and then analyzes the current situation of low carbon development of manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province,and proposes countermeasures to improve the social responsibility management of manufacturing enterprises in Ji-angsu Province.In order to improve the social responsibility management of manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province and achieve green and low carbon development,policy incentives should be given full play to stimulate the enthusiasm of manufacturing enterprises for green technology innovation,and build a green manufacturing system with green factories as the core;Explore the integration of the en-tire industry chain to realize green management of the entire production and manufacturing process of enterprises;Strengthen digital and intelligent management to improve the precise management level of enterprise green development;Take ESG construction as the starting point and comprehensively pro-mote the construction of corporate social responsibility management system.
