摘  要:2023年,以上海市国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑能耗监测平台升级建设为上海市建筑碳排放智慧监管平台为契机,平台首次对接燃气数据,形成较为完整的碳排放数据体系。基于这些数据,从多角度分析了上海市公共建筑能耗及碳排放监测情况,分析了公共建筑碳排放类型特征和周期特征,分析了公共建筑用电强度变化趋势、分项特征和分时特征等。截至2023年底,累计监测公共建筑2231栋,覆盖建筑面积约1.07亿m^(2)。2023年监测公共建筑碳排放总量为514.2万tCO_(2),间接碳排放占比86.0%,年用电总量为105.3亿kWh,年用电强度为98.4 kWh/m^(2)。In 2023,taking the opportunity of upgrading the energy consumption monitoring platform of Shang-hai's state agency office buildings and large public buildings to a smart monitoring platform for building carbon emissions in Shanghai,the platform will connect gas data for the first time,forming a relatively complete carbon emission data system.Based on these data,the monitoring of energy consumption and carbon emissions of public buildings in Shanghai is analyzed from multiple perspectives,the type characteristics and cycle charac-teristics of carbon emissions of public buildings are analyzed,and the change trends,sub-items and time-sharing characteristics of electricity intensity of public buildings are analyzed.As of the end of 2023,a to-tal of 2,231 public buildings have been monitored,covering a construction area of approximately 107 million m^(2).In 2023,the total carbon emissions of public buildings monitored will be 5.142 million tCO_(2),indirect carbon emissions will account for 86.0%,the total annual electricity consumption will be 10.53 billion kWh,and the an-nual electricity intensity will be 98.4 kWh/m^(2).
