基于天擎的气象业务系统云化改造与实施

摘  要:气象大数据云平台(天擎)是气象部门为提升信息系统集约化水平而建设的“数算一体”支撑平台,原有业务信息系统需进行云化改造后融入云平台。为探索市级业务信息系统融入天擎的方案,以东营气象业务平台的改造与实施为例,利用微服务、容器云和算法加工流水线等技术,通过功能模块云化改造为天擎算法、云数据库替代自建库、数据接口改造、云主机替代物理服务器等方法,完成东营气象业务系统的云化改造。结果表明,改造后的东营气象业务平台全部集约到天擎部署,市级通过浏览器访问,实现“云+端”的业务架构,为其他信息系统的云化改造与实施提供参考。The Meteorological Big Data Cloud Platform(Tianqing)is a"digital and computing integration"support platform built by the meteorological department to improve the intensive level of information systems.The original business information system needs to be transformed into a cloud and then integrated into the cloud platform.In order to explore the solution for integrating municipal business information systems into Tianqing,taking the transformation and implementation of Dongying Meteorological Business Platform as an example,using technologies such as microservices,container clouds and algorithm processing lines to transform functional modules into Tianqing algorithms and cloud databases through cloud transformation,replacing self-built databases,transforming data interfaces,and replacing physical servers with cloud hosts,etc.,the cloud transformation of Dongying Meteorological Business System has been completed.The results show that the transformed Dongying meteorological business platform is all intensively deployed to Tianqing,and is accessed through a browser at the municipal level,realizing a"cloud+end"business architecture,providing a reference for the cloud transformation and implementation of other information systems.
