天然气热电厂工业废水回用技术方案比较研究

摘  要:工业废水回用是实现节水减排的重要措施,该研究对某天然气热电联产发电厂工业废水再浓缩2种工艺方案(即方案一:循环冷却水排水回用方案;方案二:反渗透浓水回用方案)进行详细的比较,以确定最适合该项目的废水再浓缩方案。结果表明,方案二满足项目环评批复的排放指标要求,且投资费用略低,系统流程、操作步序简单,自动化程度高,占地小,劳动强度低,具备宽裕的排水调节能力。因此,在项目实施阶段,采用反渗透浓水回用方案作为该项目废水再浓缩的设计优化方案。Industrial wastewater reuse is an important measure to achieve water conservation and emission reduction.This study compares two process plans for re-concentration of industrial wastewater from a natural gas cogeneration power plant(i.e.,Plan 1:recycling cooling water drainage reuse plan;Plan 2:reverse osmosis concentrated water reuse plan)to determine the most suitable wastewater re-concentration plan for this project.The results show that the second plan meets the emission indicator requirements approved by the project's environmental impact assessment,and has a slightly lower investment cost,simple system processes and operation steps,high degree of automation,small land area,low labor intensity,and abundant drainage adjustment capabilities.Therefore,during the implementation stage of the project,the reverse osmosis concentrated water reuse plan was adopted as the design optimization plan for the re-concentration of wastewater in this project.
