摘  要:采用“一段低酸脱杂→二段高酸浸铟→铁粉还原净化→硫化沉淀净化”工艺回收富铟渣中有价金属铟。一段低酸脱杂的最佳工艺参数为:氧化剂40 mL/L、终点pH=2.0、液固比5∶1、温度70℃,富铟渣中铜、锌脱除率可达95%以上,铁的脱除率也可达55%以上,铟的损失率小于1%;二段高酸浸铟的最佳工艺参数为:氧化剂100 mL/L、始酸浓度350 g/L、温度75℃、反应时间2.5 h,铟的回收率可达95%以上;铁粉置换→硫化沉淀梯级净化的最佳工艺参数为:铁粉4.5 g/L、硫化钠用量1.0倍理论值、反应温度60℃、时间80 min,铜、砷、锡等杂质脱除率可达95%以上,铋脱除率可达85%以上。净化过程铟回收率可达97%以上。The process of“first stage of low acid deimpurity,second stage of high acid leaching indium,iron powder reduction purification,vulcanization precipitation purification”was adopted to recover valuable metal indium from indium-rich slag.The optimum parameters of the first stage of low acid deimpurity are as follows:oxidizer 40 mL/L,terminal pH=2.0,liquid-solid ratio 5∶1 and temperature 70℃,the removal rate of copper and zinc in indium-rich slag can reach more than 95%,the removal rate of iron can reach more than 55%,and the loss rate of indium is less than 1%.The optimum parameters of the second stage high acid leaching of indium are as follows:oxidizer 100 mL/L,initial acid concentration 350 g/L,temperature 75℃and reaction time 2.5 h,the recovery of indium can reach 95%above.The optimum parameters of iron powder replacement and sulfide precipitation step purification are as follows:iron powder 4.5 g/L,sodium sulfide dosage 1.0 times the theoretical value,reaction temperature 60℃and reaction time 80 minutes,the removal rate of copper,arsenic,tin and other impurities can reach more than 95%,and bismuth removal rate can reach 85%above.The recovery of i ndium in the purification process can reach more than 97%.
