摘　　要：目的探讨ICU临终患者家属人文关怀需求的真实体验,为构建ICU临终患者家属的护理方案提供理论依据。方法本研究为描述性质性研究。于2023年4—12月,采用目的抽样法,选取16名同济大学附属东方医院ICU临终患者的家属进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行定性分析。结果ICU临终患者家属人文关怀需求可归纳为5个主题,分别为第一时间知晓病情的需求;参与治疗及决策的需求;尊重临终患者意愿的需求;心理照护的需求;社会支持的需求。结论ICU临终患者家属的人文关怀需求尚未满足,护理人员应充分考虑家属的需求及意愿,为家属提供专业的指导,以帮助其建立积极的应对方式。ObjectiveTo explore the lived experiences of family members of terminal ICU patients regarding their humanistic care needs and provide theoretical foundations for developing nursing care plans tailored to their needs.MethodsThis study was a descriptive qualitative study.From April to December 2023,16 family members of terminally ill ICU patients in Shanghai East Hospital,Tongji University were selected for semi-structured interviews using purposive sampling method,and the interview data were qualitatively analyzed using Colaizzi 7-step analysis.ResultsThe humanistic care needs of family members of terminally ill ICU patients can be categorized into five themes,namely,the need to know the condition at the first time;the need to participate in treatment and decision-making;the need to respect the wishes of terminally ill patients;the need for psychological care;and the need for social support.ConclusionsThe humanistic care needs of family members of terminal ICU patients remain largely unmet.Nursing professionals should consider these needs and preferences and provide family members with professional guidance to help them establish positive coping mechanisms.
