摘　　要：为提升公安院校学生体能综合素质,以《全国公安民警综合体能练兵手册考评标准》中的考核项目为测试参考指标,设计了功能性体能训练方案并进行关联性体能训练。实验结果表明,在提高体能素质水平的效果上,该方案优于传统训练方案,为公安院校体能训练理论实践提供了参考依据,对推进警察体能训练体系科学化具有一定的实践意义。To enhance the overall physical fitness of students at police colleges,a functional physical training program was designed and implemented with correlated physical training,using the assessment items in Evaluation Standards for Comprehensive Physical Training of National Police Officers as the test reference indicators.The experimental results demonstrate that this program is superior to traditional training programs in terms of improving physical fitness levels.It provides a reference for the theoretical and practical aspects of physical training at police academies and has practical significance for advancing the scientific development of police physical training systems.
