加速康复外科护理在中老年腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术后的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析予以中老年腹腔镜下结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)根治术患者加速康复外科(en‐hanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)护理的效果。方法选择2021年1月—2023年6月丰县人民医院收治的86例中老年腹腔镜下CRC根治术患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为两组,各43例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行ERAS护理。对比两组术后恢复指标、舒适度评分及满意度。结果观察组术后下床时间为(24.45±5.61)h、肛门排气时间为(33.45±7.16)h,短于对照组的(39.56±8.45)h、(50.26±9.57)h,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.769,9.223;P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组舒适状况量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为95.35%(41/43),高于对照组的79.07%(34/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.108;P<0.05)。结论予以中老年腹腔镜下CRC根治术患者ERAS护理具有积极作用,可促进患者术后恢复,提升其舒适性,患者满意度较高。Objective To analyze the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing in middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods From January 2021 to June 2023,86 middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of CRC in Fengxian People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received ERAS nursing.The postoperative recovery index,comfort score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative ambulation time was(24.45±5.61)h and anal exhaust time was(33.45±7.16)h in the observation group,which were shorter than(39.56±8.45)h and(50.26±9.57)h in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.769,9.223;both P<0.05).After nursing,the General Comfort Questionnaire score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 79.07%(34/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.108;P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS nursing for middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of CRC has a positive effect,which can promote postoperative recovery,improve comfort and patient satisfaction.
