一站式服务模式对改善老年普外科手术患者护理质量的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析一站式服务模式对改善老年普外科手术患者护理质量的效果。方法:选取2023年1月—9月上饶市人民医院收治的70例老年普外科手术患者作为研究对象,使用信封随机法分为对照组(给予一般护理)和观察组(对照组基础上给予一站式服务模式护理),每组各35例。观察并记录患者入院等待时间、住院时间、心理状态、睡眠质量、生活质量以及各流程环节护理满意度。结果:观察组患者对护理服务各流程环节满意度均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.692、8.247、8.622、11.629、9.766,P<0.05);观察组患者入院等待时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.316、8.741,P<0.05);术前,观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.186、4.885,P<0.05);出院时,两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分评分均下降且观察组低于照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.131,P<0.05)。结论:一站式服务模式可减少老年普外科手术患者入院等待时间、住院时间,改善患者心理状态、睡眠质量与生活质量,患者护理满意度明显增加。Objective:To analyze the effect of one-stop service model in improving nursing quality of elderly patients undergoing general surgery.Methods:A total of 70 elderly patients who underwent general surgery in Shangrao People’s Hospital from January to September 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(general nursing)and observation group(one-stop service model of nursing on the basis of general nursing)by the envelope method,with 35 patients in each group.The patient’s waiting time for admission,length of hospital stay,psychological status,sleep quality,quality of life,and satisfaction with nursing in each process were observed and recorded.Results:The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=9.692,8.247,8.622,11.629,9.766;P<0.05).The waiting time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=4.316,8.741;P<0.05).Before surgery,the scores of self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=4.186,4.885;P<0.05).At discharge,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index(PSQI)score of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.131,P<0.05).Conclusion:The one-stop service model can shorten the waiting time and hospital stay of elderly patients undergoing general surgery;improve their psychological status,sleep quality and life quality;and significantly increase their nursing satisfaction.
