摘  要:丁基羟基甲苯(butylated hydroxytoluene,BHT)是一种应用非常广泛的抗氧化剂,但其爆炸特性尚未被关注。利用20 L爆炸球和1.2 L哈特曼管,评估了不同粉尘质量浓度、粒径和喷粉压力等影响因素对BHT粉尘云爆炸最小点火能、最低爆炸浓度和最大爆炸压力的影响,并采用惰性粉体对BHT粉尘云爆炸进行了抑爆研究。结果表明:最小点火能随质量浓度和喷尘压力的升高先降低后增加,最低爆炸浓度随着粒径的增大而升高,BHT粉尘最大爆炸压力为0.638 MPa;当抑制剂质量分数相同时,抑爆效果从大到小依次为可膨胀石墨、碳酸氢钠、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐,下降幅度依次为41.10%、37.62%、35.27%。该研究结果可为BHT粉尘爆炸的防治提供理论基础,亦可为BHT粉尘的安全管理提供科学依据。Butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT)is a widely used antioxidant,but its explosion characteristics have not been widely studied.Using a 20L explosive ball device and a 1.2L Hartmann tube,the study evaluated the effects of various factors such as dust concentration,particle size,and dusting pressure on the minimum ignition energy,minimum explosive concentration,and maximum explosion pressure of BHT dust cloud.In addition,the study investigated the explosion suppression of BHT dust cloud using inert powders.The results show that the minimum ignition energy decreases and then increases with the increase of mass concentration and dusting pressure,the minimum explosive concentration increases with the increase of particle size,and the maximum explosion pressure of BHT dust is 0.638 MPa.The explosion suppression tests indicate that when the inhibitor mass fraction is the same,the suppression effects rank from highest to lowest as expandable graphite,sodium bicarbonate,and melamine polyphosphate,with the reduction percentages being 41.10%,37.62%,and 35.27%respectively.These findings provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of BHT dust explosions and offer scientific evidence for the safe management of BHT dust.
