地下水封石油洞库裂隙围岩灌浆浆液扩散规律及灌浆优化研究

摘  要:围岩灌浆浆液扩散规律的研究是地下水封石油洞库建设的关键科学问题。为研究复杂裂隙网络中浆液的扩散规律,并为类似项目灌浆作业提供优化方案,采用数值模拟方法,依托海南某地下水封石油洞库项目资料,选取主要导水裂隙的相关参数,并结合COMSOL中的三维离散裂隙网络插件,建立了符合某洞段的裂隙网络注浆模型;利用COMSOL中的两相流模块,研究了不同注浆时间、注浆压力、水幕供水压力、注浆孔间距对浆液扩散规律的影响,并对现场注浆方案提出了优化建议。结果表明:注浆时间和注浆压力在一定范围内与浆液扩散范围呈正相关,实际注浆过程中需要规定注浆时间,并逐步提高注浆压力,以确保浆液能够充分渗透到裂隙内部;选择较大的注浆孔间距可以使浆液更快地充分覆盖整个裂隙面,提高注浆效率,进而节约注浆成本;在实际注浆过程中,建议从掌子面两端往中间开始注浆;具有水头压力的流水对浆液扩散产生负面影响,严重限制了浆液的扩散范围,对于地下水封石油洞库而言,有效控制水幕系统的供水压力对于提高封堵效果至关重要。在综合考虑地下水封石油洞库的水封效果和运营管理成本的基础上,该研究成果可有针对性地指导注浆设计,通过准确估算预注浆工程量,降低洞室涌水控制成本及排水处理成本,为今后地下水封石油洞库注浆方案设计提供理论基础,并为现场注浆工作提供借鉴与参考。The study of the diffusion law of grouting slurry in surrounding rock is a key scientific problem in the construction of underground water-sealed oil cavern.In order to study the law of slurry diffusion in complex fracture networks and give an optimization scheme for the grouting operation of similar projects,the relevant parameters of the main water conduction fractures were selected by the numerical simulation method and based on the data of an underground water-sealed oil cavern project in Hainan,and the grouting model of the fracture network in accordance with a certain cave section was established by combining the 3D discrete fracture network plug-in in COMSOL.The two-phase flow module in COMSOL is used to study the effects of different grouting times,grouting pressures,water curtain water supply pressures,and grouting hole spacing on the grouting diffusion law,and some optimization suggestions are put forward for the on-site grouting scheme.The results show that the grouting time and grouting pressure are positively correlated with the grouting diffusion range within a certain range,and the grouting time needs to be specified in the actual grouting process,and the grouting pressure should be gradually increased so that the grouting can fully penetrate into the fracture.Choosing a larger grouting hole spacing can make the grout fully cover the entire fracture surface faster,improve the grouting efficiency,and save the grouting cost.In the actual grouting process,it is recommended to start grouting from both ends of the tunnel face to the middle;the flowing water with head pressure has a negative impact on the diffusion of the slurry,which seriously limits the diffusion range of the slurry,and is of vital significance for the underground water-sealed cavern and effectively controlling the water supply pressure of the water curtain system to improve the plugging effect.On the basis of comprehensively considering the effect of the underground water-sealed cavern and operation and management cost of the cavern,t
