摘　　要：2018年4月酒钢2号1000 m^(3)高炉利用系数达到了2.5 t/(m^(3)·d),取得了2号高炉2013年大修开炉以来最好水平。根据当时的生产经营形势须进一步提高产量并降低生铁成本,达到“降焦增铁”的目的。为了2号高炉进一步强化冶炼,通过对当时的炉况分析制定了一系列炉况强化措施,并取得良好的经济技术指标。In April 2018,Jiusteel No.21000 m^(3)blast furnace utilization coefficient has reached 2.5 t/m^(3)·d,achieving the best level since the overhaul of the No.2 blast furnace in 2013.According to the production and operation situation at that time,it is necessary to further increase the production under the condition.And reduce the cost of pig iron to achieve the purpose of"reducing coking and increasing iron".For No.2 blast furnace further strengthened the refining,through the analysis of the furnace condition at that time,a series of furnace condition strengthening measures were formulated and good economic and technical indicators were obtained.
