摘　　要：对酒钢6#高炉降料面停炉操作进行了总结,采用不回收煤气空料线打水的方式,考虑停炉过程中炉内易出现爆震影响安全,采用了炉内爆震预控技术,整个过程历时9 h 12 min,顺利将料面降到了炉缸风口区域,停炉累计风量381.97 km^(3),炉顶累计打水174.1 m^(3),炉身通氮气47.1 m^(3),实现了快速、安全停炉。The Jiusteel 6#blast furnace discharging surface shutdown operation is summarized,using the way of no recycling gas line water,consider the furnace process,furnace knock,affect safety,using the furnace knock precontrol technology,the whole process lasted 9 h 12 min,the material surface to the cylinder tuyere area,shutdown air volume 381.97 km^(3),top cumulative water 174.1 m^(3),furnace body nitrogen 47.1 m^(3),realize the fast and safe shutdown.
