摘 要:利用现有二级系统、副枪系统、视频系统,通过现有顶底复吹转炉溅渣护炉的工艺参数,结合现场大数据开发了100 t复吹转炉自动溅渣模型和溅渣智能控制系统,实现对转炉溅渣过程的自动控制。自动溅渣模型主要包括溅渣枪位控制模型、溅渣加料控制模型和溅渣效果评价模型。现场生产实践表明:转炉炉龄提高2951炉,完成15426炉,溅渣N_(2)消耗降低2.94 m^(3)/t,溅渣时间缩短20.9 s/炉,溅渣物料消耗降低2.5 kg/t,维护炉况物料消耗降低0.08 kg/t,转炉技术经济指标明显改善。By using the existing secondary system,auxiliary gun system and video system,the automatic slag splashing model and intelligent control system of 100 t of reblown converter are developed through the process parameters of the existing top and bottom converter slag splashing and protection,and combined with the big data on site.The automatic slag splashing model mainly includes the slag splashing gun position control model,the slag splashing charge control model and the slag splashing effect evaluation model.The field production practice shows that the converter furnace age is increased by 2951 furnace to complete 15426 furnace,the slag splashing nitrogen consumption is reduced by 2.94 m^(3)/t,the slag splashing time is shortened by 20.9 s/furnace,and the slag splashing material consumption is reduced by 2.5 kg/t.The material consumption is reduced by 0.08 kg/t,and the technical and economic indicators of the converter are obviously improved.
