摘 要:对比分析了连铸机中间包工作层使用干式料和喷涂料对430不锈钢钢液中夹杂物尺寸和数量的影响。结果表明:对于喷涂料中间包,钢液中夹杂物的尺寸集中在10~30μm,且存在大粒径夹杂物,其数量呈增加的趋势;对于干式料中间包,钢液中夹杂物的尺寸集中在10~20μm,未发现大粒径夹杂物数量增加的趋势,且钢液中夹杂物尺寸和数量相比喷涂料中间包均较低。钢液中非金属夹杂物为典型的塑性变形能力差的低熔点脆性夹杂物CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO(钙铝硅酸盐)。因此,使用干式料中间包可提高430不锈钢连铸板坯质量,还可降低连铸机的生产成本,提高连铸机生产效率。The comparative analysis was conducted on the effects of using dry materials and spraying coatings on the size and quantity of inclusions in 430 stainless steel liquid in the intermediate ladle working layer of the continuous casting machine.The results show that for the spray coating intermediate package,the size of inclusions in the steel liquid is concentrated between 10~30μm,and there are large particle inclusions with an increasing trend in quantity;For the dry material intermediate package,the size of inclusions in the steel liquid is concentrated between 10~20μm,and no trend of increasing the number of large particle inclusions was found.Moreover,the size and quantity of inclusions in the steel liquid are lower than those in the spray coating intermediate package.The non-metallic inclusions in molten steel are typical low melting point brittle inclusions CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO(calcium aluminosilicate)with poor plastic deformation ability.Therefore,using a dry material intermediate ladle can improve the quality of 430 stainless steel continuous casting slab,reduce the production cost of the continuous casting machine,and improve the production efficiency of the continuous casting machine.
