摘 要:铝是一种最常见的轻量化金属,杂质含量越低,其性能更加优异。利用偏析法不能去除铝液中溶质分配系数大于1的V、Ti等杂质元素,严重影响产品质量。选用原铝作为试验材料来探索硼化处理对铝液中V、Ti含量的影响,研究结果表明:随着B加入量的增加,V、Ti的去除效果先快速增加后趋于平缓。当B加入量为0.0030%,静置时间为30 min,铝液温度为820℃时,V的去除率约为49.4%,Ti的去除率约为40.2%。Aluminum is the most common lightweight metal,the lower the impurity content,the better its performance.The segregation method cannot remove impurity elements such as V and Ti with a solute distribution coefficient greater than 1 in the aluminum liquid,which seriously affects the product quality.This paper uses raw aluminum as the experimental material to explore the effect of boronization on the content of V and Ti in aluminum liquid.The research findings indicate that increasing the boron(B)addition initially enhances the removal efficiency of V and Ti,which then stabilizes.When the boron(B)addition is 0.0030%,the standing time is 30 min,and the aluminum liquid temperature is 820℃,the removal rate of V is about 49.4%,and the removal rate of Ti is about 40.2%.
