核壳结构氧化锌对天然橡胶胶料性能的影响及其在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘  要:以轻质碳酸钙为载体,制备氧化锌含量(质量分数)为30%,40%,50%和60%的核壳结构氧化锌,将核壳结构氧化锌与间接法氧化锌和活性氧化锌NC105进行对比,研究核壳结构氧化锌对天然橡胶(NR)胶料性能的影响及其在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,氧化锌含量50%的核壳结构氧化锌与间接法氧化锌NR硫化胶和半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶的邵尔A型硬度、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度相当,核壳结构氧化锌与活性氧化锌NC105胎面胶60℃时的损耗因子相差不大。核壳结构氧化锌胶料在减少氧化锌含量的同时性能保持不变或提升,达到了减锌提质的目的。Taking light calcium carbonate as a carrier,the core-shell structured zinc oxide with zinc oxide content(mass fraction)of 30%,40%,50%and 60%was prepared,and the effect of core-shell structured zinc oxide on the properties of natural rubber(NR)compounds and its application in tread compound of steel-belted radial tire were investigated by comparing the core-shell structured zinc oxide with the indirect zinc oxide and activated zinc oxide NC105.The results showed that the Shore A hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of NR vulcanizates and tread compound of steel-belted radial tire containing the core-shell structured zinc oxide with 50%zinc oxide content were comparable to those containing indirect zinc oxide.The loss factor at 60℃of the tread compound with the core-shell structured zinc oxide and active zinc oxide NC105 was not much different.The core-shell structured zinc oxide compound could reduce zinc oxide content while maintaining or improving performance,achieving the goal of zinc reduction and quality improvement.
