摘　　要：砖混结构建筑物在我国住宅工程中占有较大比重,部分集体自建砖混结构住宅房屋设计、施工阶段存在未履行相关监督手续现象,建筑结构安全性存在一定隐患,且无法完善住宅房屋的相关手续,因此对该类住宅建筑结构安全性鉴定分析十分必要。论文结合某砖混住宅楼安全鉴定实例,首先查阅相关设计、施工资料并对建筑物现状进行实地详细查勘,其次对房屋结构体系安全性进行检测鉴定,最后借助PKPM结构软件对房屋进行建模计算分析,综合鉴定房屋结构安全性。Brick-concrete structure buildings account for a large proportion of residential projects in China.Some collective self-built brick-concrete structure residential buildings fail to fulfill relevant supervision procedures in the design and construction stages.There are certain hidden dangers in the safety of building structures,and the relevant procedures of residential buildings cannot be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to identify and analyze the safety of such residential building structures.Based on the example of safety appraisal of a brick-concrete residential building,this paper first consults the relevant design and construction data and makes a detailed field survey of the current situation of the building.Secondly,it tests and appraises the safety of the building structure system.Finally,it uses PKPM structure software to model and analyze the house,and comprehensively appraises the safety of the building structure.
